See my previous two posts for how this works and what it is about.
For my final quote, I have chosen the one that has the most potential to change the world we live in – how massive is that?
Very simple – easy to remember but, apparently, even easier to forget. Here is my Quote For Day Three:-
“Do as you would be done by”.
Rather than nominating anyone to post three quotes of their own, I shall just say that if any of you have any inspirational words to make us stop and think, we would love to hear them so feel free to join in!

Good one Sheila! What a different world it would be if we all remembered this all the time! Thank you – I so enjoyed your quotes!!

Wish it wasn’t just for 3 days. Can’t you carry on a bit longer? 😀

Yea I am!
I’ve just been on a call and the patient’s 80 year old wife tripped and bumped into one of my male colleagues, who said ‘you’re falling for me!’ To which she replied ‘you’ll want thrilling not killing!’. Was really funny! 😂

“And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are the gift of God? That they are not to be violated but with his wrath? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just: that his justice cannot sleep for ever.”—Thomas Jefferson

I’m not sure I’ve heard this in these exact words, either. I guess it’s similar to what I remember was always a ‘golden rule’ at my primary school ‘ “Treat others how you would like to be treated”. Oh, wouldn’t the world be such a pleasant place!

I’m often heard saying that if we all lived by it that’s the only rule we’d need. I may be wrong, but I do say it.

It’s true – the world would be at peace. What more do we need?
